Tesco and the British Land Company have restructured the Tesco British Land Property Partnership by establishing a joint venture holding company, Tesco BL Holdings Limited. Its subsidiaries have acquired nine properties formerly owned by the partnership. The properties involved include five Tesco superstores and two retail parks, Lisnagelvin Shopping Centre in Derry and Serpentine Green Shopping Centre in Peterborough.
