THE Connacht & Court textile rental group, which was bought by the British group Johnson Service last year for £33 million (€42 million), contributed £11 million sterling in sales and £1 million in operating profits in its first five months under Johnson Service's ownership.
In a statement with Johnson Service's results, chief executive Mr Richard Zerny said he expected Connacht & Court to be earnings-enhancing this year and that an investment programme was under way to improve efficiency and expand the group's capacity.
