The winners of the third annual IT Post Business Website of the Year Awards were announced this week. Trintech took the best corporate website award for its ePaynews.com site, which focuses solely on developments in the electronic payments industry worldwide.

In the small and medium enterprise category, Wild Ireland took the honours for www.wildireland.ie. The host of the specialist wildlife site was so thrilled it has posted a photograph of its sculpted award on the home page, temporarily replacing its trademark frog.

The competition was sponsored by Ocean and Enterprise Ireland, and attracted more than 300 entries.
