TUSKAR Resources has raised £4.75 million sterling through a placing of 95 million new ordinary shares. They were placed with institutional shareholders, in London and Dublin, at 5p sterling a share. The new shares represent 8.7 per cent of the enlarged equity. The proceeds are to be used carry out prospecting work and to reduce existing loans.
