MR Peter Gray is to resign as finance director of Unidare with effect from June 30th. He will then join Icon Clinical Research, a pharmaceutical research group, as chief financial officer. Unidare said it will announce a successor to Mr Gray in "due course". Mr Gray joined Unidare in 1991. Prior to that he was finance director Food Industries (for two years) and chief financial officer of Elan Corporation (six years). He has options over 75,000 Unidare shares at 259p per share or well above the share price of around 200p.
