WORLD Fluids (Holdings), whose shares have been suspended since November 8th, is hoping to have the shares relisted within two weeks, following a proposed £250,000 capital injection from GFM International Investors.
GFM is injecting the cash into World Fluids in the form of convertible loan stock. In a statement, World Fluids (Holdings) said it is hoped that this subscription will be completed in two weeks and will meet the group's working capital requirements for the foreseeable future.
