Xertel, a Dublin-based firm that develops software to monitor and supply telecoms bandwith to customers, has introduced its first product called Voyager.

Voyager enables owners of facilities such as multi-tenanted buildings or hotels to bulk-buy bandwidth and dispense it to individual customers.
