The third year of the Kerrygold Ballymaloe Litfest kicks off on Friday May 15th in Cork. It's become a huge part of the literary calender so we invited writers Caroline Hennessy and John Wilson, who will be leading some of the sessions on the main stages at the festival, to come into tell us all about it.
They'll be working hard while meeting some of their personal heroes but also hoping to discover new talent and new audiences for great food writing. For more see litfest.ie
