A REGENCY rosewood chiffonier is expected to be the best selling lot at Herman Wilkinson's forthcoming fine art and antiques sale next Thursday, February 8th, with a catalogue estimate of £3,000-£5,000.

The sale will include the contents of a Drogheda convent as well as a private Dublin house - No. 10 Ailesbury Grove, Dublin 4 - with other interesting lots including a set of three 18th century parcel gilt stools, an unusual matching pair of concave mahogany bookcases and several good chests and tables. There are also two sets of 12 dining chairs, both of which carry estimates of £2,000-£3,000.
