In a court report in yesterday's editions, it was stated that Mr Oliver Barry was a director of a company called Jestdale Ltd which is involved in a dispute over plans to convert Dublin's Ambassador Cinema into a theatre. This was incorrect. In fact, Mr Barry is a director of the Millenium Theatre Company Ltd which made an application last Thursday to have proceedings instituted by Jestdale Ltd for specific performance struck out as being frivolous, vexatious and disclosing no cause of action. Mr Hugh O'Regan is a director of Jestdale Ltd. The error is regretted.
