The incorrect heading was placed above yesterday's Law Report. The correct heading read: "Person served with draft air crash report has no right to discovery of inquiry documents."

The caption on yesterday's DIT conferring photograph should have stated that Ms Patrice Behan had become "the first person to obtain a Ph.D. awarded by DIT in its own right".
