A court report on October 14th recorded the fact that Mr Belmondo Wantete Mukulu was convicted for obstructing a garda during a raid on his home, for which he was given a six-month suspended sentence. The report should also have stated that the jury found Mr Wantete not guilty on three other charges, one of resisting arrest and two of assaulting gardai.
