A report in yesterday's newspaper stated that Senator Liam Cosgrave said he expected to appear shortly before a Fine Gael party committee inquiring into political donations. The report should have stated that it was party councillor Cathal Boland who expected to appear before the committee. The error occurred in the editing process.

A Letter to the Editor in yesterday's newspaper incorrectly spelled the name of Dr Michael Postl, Minister Counsellor of the Austrian Embassy.
