A report in yesterday's editions stated incorrectly that two key figures in the Flood Tribunal stood to make millions from a land rezoning proposal in north Co Dublin. In fact, neither Bovale Developments Ltd nor its directors, Mr Michael Bailey and Mr Tom Bailey, have had an interest in the 90 acres of land at Mountgorry, near Swords, for several years.

A spokesman said their efforts to develop it, which were unsuccessful, had cost them £1.1 million and they subsequently sold the land. The error is regretted.
