An article headed "Father of `C' case girl dies in river" in the editions of June 9th said the Eastern Health Board had asked the High Court to allow the girl in the "C" case to leave the State for termination of her pregnancy. The EHB has pointed out that the request was made by the solicitor and counsel acting for the girl and not by the EHB.
