The new private hospital in Limerick will be run by Bon Secours Health System alone, and not jointly with BUPA as incorrectly stated in yesterday's report.
The readers' competition for Decleor products at Clerys in yesterday's fashion page was printed in error. It had already appeared on November 30th, the closing date was December 4th and prizewinners have been notified. The error is regretted.
A report on the Gaiety Theatre in Saturday's editions said the British Break for the Border Group had introduced late-night clubs to the theatre. A spokesman for Velure Production states that his company introduced the late-night clubs during the term of the previous owner.
In a report headed "For some, not going home may be a better idea" in Saturday's editions, "Graham (17)" was quoted as saying: "In the Salvation Army [hostel] you'd see rats and cockroaches running around, and my clothes kept getting nicked". A spokesman for the Salvation Army points out that its hostels are of a very high standard, and the residents are housed in separate cubicles and are able therefore to keep their belongings safely.
