In the article by Joe Duffy in the Education & Living Supplement of Tuesday, February 29th, the following quotation (wrongly attributed to Niamh Bhreathnach) should have been attributed to Senator Shane Ross: "The Bill was changed radically and the ideology behind it was defeated and diluted. During my time in the House I have not seen a bill so emasculated as the Universities Bill, through the combined forces of the Opposition and Independents, when the Government was in a minority position."
