A report in the Licensed Vintners' Association Commercial Report in Wednesday's editions said that Cantrell & Crowley had designed the White Horse Inn. In fact the principal architects were Cahill O'Brien Associates Ltd while Cantrell & Crowley acted as consultants.

The Irish Locomotive Drivers' Association has asked us to point out that, contrary to what was reported in an article on the train drivers' dispute in yesterday's editions, that drivers in Sligo were seeking £25,000 each before accepting new contracts, ILDA members in Sligo have not sought any sum of money before accepting new contracts.
