A report headed "Decoding options provided by health insurance firms" in last Wednesday's editions said a Health Insurance Authority was in the offing. In fact, the Health Insurance Authority has been established, with effect from February 1st, 2001.

In last Friday's editions, a report headed "Dublin fund raising campaign for research on youth suicide" said tickets were available for the annual ball organised by the Friends of Temple Street Children's Hospital in Dublin at £25 each. In fact, the tickets, which were £125, have been sold out for weeks. Tickets for a private members' draw for a Peugeot car are £25 and a limited number are still available from the hospital, telephone 018095344.
