In a court report yesterday, it was stated that Walsh's pharmacy in Harold's Cross had been convicted of failing to notify the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland that it had changed pharmacists. In fact, as the report further stated, the judge applied the Probation Act after he heard that there had been a mix-up due to one of its pharmacists changing her name on being married.
