A sum of £14,000 was paid for a diamond flexible bracelet, with three centre stones of one carat each at O'Reilly's auction rooms in Dublin last week. At the auction, on Wednesday afternoon, an 18-carat emerald and diamond three-stone ring went for £4,000, an 18- carat three-stone diamond ring fetched £7,700, an 18- carat diamond solitaire ring sold for £9,200 and a half-hoop diamond bangle went under the hammer for £6,900.
