Among the furniture, the highest estimate of £5,090-£7,000 is for a pair of 19th century continental bookcases with carved and moulded pierced cornices, while a late 17th century William and Mary walnut chest on a stand is expected to fetch £5,000-£6,000.
A Georgian mahogany bureau bookcase, circa 1780, carries an estimate of £4,000-£6,000, and a pair of giltwood and gesso settees is expected to fetch £4,500-£5,500. Both a Georgian mahogany triple top games table and a Regency style mahogany circular dining table carry the same estimate of £3,000-£4,000 and a French six piece kingwood bedroom suite and a Sheraton revival display cabinet alike should make £2,000-£3,000.
The selection of carpets and rugs in this sale includes a pair of Donegal Killybegs carpets (estimate £2,000-£3,000) and a large Esfahan rug (£1,500-£2,000), as well as two Tabriz carpets (£1,200-£1,600 and £800-£1,000 respectively). Among the pictures, there is a pair of portraits by Sir Daniel MacNee, each expected to make £1,500-£2,500 and a 17th century Dutch still life (£2,000-£3,000). James Humbert Craig's West of Ireland View ought to make £800-£1,200, a pair of 19th century British rural scenes by J. Locker £3,000-£5,000 and a 19th century English landscape by Anne Taylor £2,000-£3,000.
