In conjunction with the Cinema in the Classroom screenings of Rebel Without a Cause, presented by the Film Institute of Ireland in association with The Irish Times, individual students or groups in schools that subscribe to media scope are invited to submit a short script for one scene from the sort of teen movie you'd like to see.

Whether it's inspired by Romeo and Juliet Porky's Rebel itself, we'd love to see your work.

Send it to the media scope address given in `over to you', below right, by next Friday week, January 16th. The three winning entries will win free tickets for a whole class group to one of the screenings in Galway, Derry, Cork or Dublin. For more information on the screenings, contact Tony Tracy (tel: (01) 679 5744; fax: (01) 677 8755).
