Dancer high-kicks Portman

That Black Swan controversy continues to bubble

That Black Swancontroversy continues to bubble. American Ballet Theatre's Sarah Lane argued a few weeks ago that she did about 95 per cent of the dancing on screen. Darren Aronofsky, the film's director, later repudiated the allegations. In an interview with the US TV show 20/20, Lane has now stated that Portman's face was superimposed on her body for most of the dance shots. She also claimed that a producer tried to silence her.

“He asked if I would please not do any more interviews until after the Oscars because it was bad for Natalie’s image,” said Lane. “They were trying to create this image – this facade really – that Natalie had done something extraordinary. Something that is pretty much impossible.” Ooo!
