A Swiss condom manufacturer is in trouble for marketing a prophylactic featuring a bespectacled wizard named Harry Popper on the packaging. Apparently, the image echoes the iconography of some popular film franchise or other. “The image of my client is in danger,” a lawyer from Warner Brothers complained. “This is clearly a reference to the film and fictional character of Harry Potter. Everyone who sees the condoms automatically thinks of Harry Potter.”

The condoms have, apparently, been on sale for four years. Warner Brothers’ attorneys have clearly not been spending enough time in Swiss pharmacies.
