A belated farewell to Bruno S. The eccentric actor, who enlivened Werner Herzog’s Stroszek and The Enigma of Kasper Hauser, has died at the age of 78. “He is, for me, the Unknown Soldier of Cinema,” Herzog commented. Quite right.
