We have news about found footage. Fear not. We are not pondering yet another attempt to argue that teens pursued by giant lizards would really film the final minutes of their lives. The Found Footage Film Festival, the touring showcase of bizarre found videos from the US, is making its first ever visit to Ireland.

Nick Prueher and Joe Pickett, who have worked on The Onion and The David Letterman Show, will present clips drawn from 20 years of collecting at the Screen Cinema on July 11th. Among the delights on display we find amusing industrial safety films, a promotional video for Rio de Janeiro featuring young Arnold Schwarzenegger, and debauchery from a 1985 death metal gig.
