Silly name, very silly photos

We want to be kind about Kate Winslet’s new husband. But if you go around calling yourself Ned Rocknroll then people are going to snigger.

Mr Stupidname has succeeded in prohibiting the Sun from printing “embarrassing” photographs of him taken at a fancy dress party. David Sherborne, Mr Growupmate’s lawyer, told the court that the photos depicted his client “partly naked as part of some silly schoolboy antics at this fancy dress party. It is embarrassing because of what you can see in these pictures.”

It was a peculiar case. The pictures had, after all, already been displayed on Mr Forgoodnesssake’s Facebook page.

In a joint statement, Mr and Mrs Rocknroll commented: “The photos are innocent but embarrassing and there is no reason to splash them across a newspaper.”
