Twilight’s Stewart in the big money zone

Perhaps the most interesting of those endless lists concerning cinematic money generators is ForbesMagazine's chart detailing which stars are the best value.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Kristen Stewart tops the list. After all, the Twilightfilms make billions, but young Kristen is still some way away from demanding absolute top dollar. According to Forbes, Stewart generates about $56 for every dollar she is paid.

At No 2 is Anne Hathaway, while Robert Pattinson, Stewart's Twilightco-star, grabs the No 3 position. Also figuring in the top 10 are Daniel Radcliffe (some conjuror thing), Shia LaBeouf (robots) and Robert Downey Jr (man in a high-tech suit).

Happily, some old-school movie stars do figure. Johnny Depp generates about $13. Most reassuringly, Meryl Streep, now in her seventh decade, creeps into the top 10 with an impressive $14 payback. Well, Mamma Mia!does register in the figures.
