Okay, you thought that you had this Bourne thing all worked out. Jeremy Renner is not actually playing Jason Bourne in the upcoming The Bourne Legacy, but he is replacing Matt Damon. That’s to say we will never see Mr Bourne again.
Not so, apparently. Frank Marshall, the series’ producer, has indicated that Renner and Damon could appear together in a future production. “You see there are several different programmes in the movie with different skill sets,” he said. “All possibilities are open. My dream is that in the next one, we see Matt and Jeremy team up.”
Really? Any such project could end up coming across like those Dr Who episodes in which various different Doctors met up.
