SOME 36 dealers from around the Republic will be taking stands at tomorrow's antiques fair in Newman House, Dublin, with newcomers including Ann Walsh from Tipperary. Her stock is to feature a number of gilt and mahogany overmantle mirrors and Victorian and Edwardian silver.

Also appearing for the first time is Gateway Antiques of Dublin, which is offering a quantity of Victorian, hand-embroidered table and bed linen. Marnell Antique Prints of Kilkenny will be showing pictures from the 18th to the 20th century, not least a programme for Jean Cocteau's Le Boeuf sur le Toit with a lithograph by Raoul Dufy. The fair opens at 11 a.m.
