The entire contents of Sunset House, Fanore, will be included in next Tuesday's auction being held by John Dunphy on his premises at Sixmilebridge, Co Clare. The interior decor of a Limerick pub is also to be on offer, although it is unlikely items such as an oval-ended Chippendale-style dining table (£1,500-£2,500) or a set of eight similar-style chairs (£2,000-£2,500) come from such a source. A Victorian serpentine sideboard with a mirrored back carries a pre-sale estimate of £600-£900, as does a Regency-style dining table by Colhoun of Limerick. A seven-piece Edwardian walnut drawingroom suite is expected to make £700-£1,000 and an early 19th century inlaid mahogany tea table has an estimate £600-£900.
