It’s the return of the flying Dewaele brothers. David and Stephen Dewaele’s decision back in 1999 to do something other than just be members of big-deal Belgian rock band Soulwax continues to pay dividends. Twelve years ago the pair started a radio show (Hang the DJ) on Studio Brussel and found a lot of interest from listeners for their giddy, infectious, buck-wild mash-ups, music that is a bit of a remove from the more staid Soulwax.
A move from the radio studio to the clubs proved highly lucrative, and 2 Many DJs quickly became a big draw in their own right on both the club and festival scenes. They are regular visitors to Ireland where their premium splicing and dicing is always a crowd-pleaser.
Aside from 2 Many DJs, this @The Park bill also features another familiar face in Chicago house screamer Felix Da Housecat.
