From the seed pod that was a school choral group, the Dublin Gospel Choir have evolved into a live  force to be reckoned with. Doing Their Thingis a more confident collection than their 2006 release, Moving On. Adventurously exploiting the potential of their swelled voices on The Seed, they raise the roof with a swagger previously absent. The democratic spirit at their core is both their strength and weakness. However, in between the funked-up Here I Am Lordand the hokily flat production of Liberty Bell, there's an intractable lure towards the blandly monotonous ( Until We Meet Again).
