Neil Hannon’s ambitious undertaking of Vampire Weekend’s debut album for Dublin’s JD Set on April 1st may have nabbed the headlines, but he’s not the only Irishman partaking in the series this year. Tim Wheeler of Ash will rework the Pixies’ Doolittle album in London next month. He’ll be assisted on stage by fellow northerners And So I Watch You From Afar and Ma Mentor, as well as Emmy the Great and The Crookes.
