The Five Lamps Arts Festival opened in Dublin yesterday, and it promises a host of cultural treats over the coming days.

The festival, an initiative of Marino College of Further Education, is now in its third year. Performances by Irish soprano Cliona Cassidy (April 29th) and a free gig by local band Jon Dots (April 26th) at Liberty Hall are among the musical highlights. Fivelampsarts.ie
