Queen are to release an album of previously unheard material featuring Freddie Mercury.

The band found unreleased material in the Queen source archive, and then discovered another trove of unreleased work recently.

The release, entitled Queen Forever, will include a ballad with Michael Jackson, There Must be More to Life than This, which was recorded in the early 1980s, when both artists were at the height of their commercial and critical success.

An unreleased track featuring Mercury, Let me in your Heart Again, a previously incomplete song taken from The Works album recording sessions, and a stripped-down version of Love Kills are to be included on the album.

The LP will also feature some of Queen’s best known hits and alternate takes of well-known songs.

It will feature 1977’s Long Away, the only Queen single to feature May on lead vocals, and B-side Drowse, which includes a rare Queen performance from Taylor on guitar.

The album will be released on November 10th.
