- Rumour has it that Adele is on the search for a new fella. Speaking to Billboard, she confirmed that "not having someone to share all this with made me miserable at times, to be honest. I wanted nothing more than to be in love and be loved back."

She’s not too blue though, as she’s come to realise that she is “sharing it with millions and millions and millions of people! I haven’t been ready to be in love again since summer 2009 . . . until now. And I hadn’t met anyone along the way who has changed that.”

- Katy Perry’s been bigging up Robyn, after Robyn supported Katy on her US tour. K-Pez told MTV that “I don’t need to give her advice. She needs to give me advice. She’s cool, dude. She makes everyone cooler. She’s just, like, the epitome of effortless cool, like you look at her wardrobe and you think, ‘I don’t think I could wear that’, but she wears it and she just owns it.”

Katy went on to explain how Robyn has changed her footwear options too: “She’s always wearing platform shoes, whether it’s, like, creepers or Prada shoes. And she was wearing them way back when, in the beginning of the tour. And now Prada’s doing them; everyone’s wearing them. Rihanna’s wearing them. I’m wearing them after all of the convincing, so she’s kind of the taste maker.”

- Speaking of Rihanna, the trailer for Battleship, in which she has her first film role, has just been released. Co-starring Liam Neeson and Alexander Skarsgård, the film looks a bit Transformers of the Sea, but it features Rihanna dressed as a marine and speaking in her natural Bajan accent – so it can't be all bad.
