Pop Corner: Eden spreads his pop wings, Rita Ora tackles her anxiety head-on

Meanwhile, Britney goes Pokémon hunting with the kids, and Niall Horan relives the horror of being snapped while asleep on a plane

TRACK OF THE WEEK
Eden - Sex

Ignore the dead-edgy title, and dig a little deeper. You'll find a new Pop Corner fave about to emerge from their chrysalis and become a pop butterfly. Eden is the project of exciting Dubliner Jonathon Ng, who was brought up in Dublin and Hong Kong. He's gotten a shout-out from Lorde, and does a wicked version of Billie Jean. But Sex is the track that's going to kick things off properly. As Ariana Grande would say, we're so into it, we can barely breathe.

Hero of the week is Rita Ora, who spoke openly to Cosmopolitan magazine about her treatment for anxiety. "I'm not scared to admit I've had therapy. I have someone I speak to once a week. People suffer from it in different ways, but for me, it's more about thinking about the long-term goal. I'm a very 'in the moment' person, so if I have to do something there and then, I'll be fine. But if I think about it, that's when anxious thoughts start going on." Good on you, Rita.

Another week, another celeb who wants to catch 'em all. While Pop Corner fans may remember that Rihanna isn't a poké-master, Britney revealed she is obsessed with Pokémon Go. She told an Australian radio station, that her kids "are addicted to it, they're constantly talking about it, and I'm introduced to these new Pokémon everyday. They got me to go shopping all over the mall to look for Pokémons. I was like, 'Well you know what, it's summer we have nothing to do today, let's go look for Pokémon!'."

Zero of the week goes to the fan who took a photo of sleeping Niall Horan on a plane. Niall was sick and requested no photos, but he woke to a pic of him snoozing. He tweeted: "I think this sh*t is unreal. I mean if you can't sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can u do."
