GIG OF THE WEEK:When veteran hip-hop mogul Snoop Dogg played Dublin's Olympia Theatre on Tuesday, he brought the crowds - young and old, all pumping fists and whooping to shouts of "who here loves to smoke weed?"

He also brought a Swarovski crystal-encrusted mic, four burly security guards (one of whom joined the crowd after the gig to select several young ladies to meet the dawg), an entourage of roughly 7,212 and some cracking tunes.
