There's nothing wrong with a formula. Wiz Khalifa's consists of rapping a lot about his party lifestyle, and it's been a successful schtick judging by the four blockbuster albums to date. Through fear, inertia, laziness or sheer downright lack of ideas, Blacc Hollywood doesn't deviate an iota from what's gone before it. The rapper is happy to smoke 'em when he's got 'em and rap about whatever's on his mind, be it female backsides (Ass Drop), the dope factor of his crew (We Dem Boyz) or how he sometimes drives while smoking weed (Raw). Khalifa occasionally tries to show his sensitive side, such as bemoaning the life of a rich, successful rapper on House in the Hills, but it just doesn't cut any ice. He's at his best when he sticks to throwing out the big, booming club-friendly hooks rather than attempting anything too overtly challenging.
