At the BT2 fashion show last week (press only, sorry) to mark the shop's first anniversary, we liked: anything baggy (esp. the dungarees from Tommy Hilfiger); wide-legged pants cropped at mid-calf for both men and women and a black, sleeveless, hooded nylon dress worn over black trousers, both by DKNY; Ted Baker's lilac and plum jersey separates; and Prada Sport's grey, nylon belt-bags which were totally now.

We disliked: anything with a designer's name prominently printed on it (take a bow, or rather don't, Messrs Hilfiger, Lauren and D&G); the fact that far too many pieces were in black, white, red or navy - what about all those wonderful zingy spring colours such as pink and pale yellow?; jeans with big turnups (such a fashion cliche); and the continuing cult of sportswear which is an affront to every self-respecting slouch.
