THE Arts Council of Northern Ireland has announced details of an open competition in the visual arts, with a single prize of £10,000 for one artist. The competition will be open to professional artists born or resident in Northern Ireland for, one year. Entries, of two dimensional, three dimensional or time and lens based must be recent, original, and previously unexhibited.
