Croatian artist Damir Ocko uses "the shivering body as a metaphor for resistance and unrest" and, one might add, unease. The core of his show, which includes collages, a musical score and more, is a film featuring a number of individuals shivering for a variety of different reasons. The title TK is inspired by chattering teeth. Don't forget to wrap up well.

Willfredd Theatre's award- winning show comes to the Peacock for a vivid meeting of physical performance, design and technology. Performed by Shane O'Reilly, the son of deaf parents, it uses sign language, words and music to impart a fractured story of playful school children, sidelined individuals, a desperately worried mother and a thousand impediments, large and small, towards clear communication. The irony of director Sophie Motley's production, given a beguiling and sometimes startling beauty, is that this depiction of the blocks to understanding remains fluent, poignant and transfixing.

The Dock builds on its reputation for adventurous programming with this bass and sax duo featuring Eric Mingus – son of the great bassist Charles Mingus – and saxophonist Catherine Sikora. Free improv, spoken word, beat poetry and the blues are all grist to their mill, and if the son is anything like the father, there will be a fair amount of rage against the machine in there as well.

is still their calling card, but Detroit punk-funk-disco-rockers Electric Six have amassed a huge and varied back catalogue in the years since. Eash autumn for the past decade, they have released a new album and toured it , and in the process, have become one of the biggest little-known bands in the world and one of the tightest live acts to boot. And, boy, does frontman Dick Valentine know how to get a room buzzing.
