Actor Steve Martin recently visited Dublin to record a track for his debut album with folk singer Mary Black.

Martin enlisted Black to sing on The Calico Train, which was recorded in Cauldron Studios, before surprising locals with a session in local pub The Cobblestone.

“It was great meeting up with Steve and getting to know him,” said Black. “He’s an accomplished musician, and a lovely guy.”
