The bus features curtains that are closed with dimmed lighting to create a mood conducive to the telling of ghost stories.

According to one of the tour leaders, Dan O'Donovan, actors who do the tours report feelings of psychic phenomena six out of seven tours. "There is activity almost every night, particularly with the actors who believe in ghosts. The spirits seem to be more congenial towards them."

He said St Audoen's Church on Cook Street is the site of strange happenings and mysterious orbs captured on camera. The church is situated at the last remaining gate of the city and the last remaining part of the medieval walls.
