If the unpredictable serendipity of the fairground appeals to your finer sensibilities, then Kíla's live performances are just the ticket. Hot on the heels of their latest album (Suas Síos), these musical firebreathers embark on another chapter in their adventures through the tributaries that feed Irish traditional and world music, with no small nod to hip-hop and rap. There really is nothing else like them – anywhere.

1920 silent horror classic Der Golem is sonically enhanced by an original score from Dublin collective 3epkano and vocal sculptor Iarla Ó Lionáird (perhaps best known as vocalist in recent Meteor Choice winners The Gloaming). Something spooky yet wonderful this way comes?

Barcelona don John Talabot (known to his mother as Oriol Riverola) probably needs no introduction at this stage to Irish audiences as he’s already gained a big audience here with his warm, dreamy, gloriously pitched house and disco sets. Tonight, it’s some subtle grandstanding for his well-regarded Hivern Discs label which brings him to Dublin 8. Aside from a set from Talabot, there’ll also be turns from DJ, producer and remixer Marc Pinol and label manager Dani Baughman.

Between Glass Swords in 2011 and last year's Green Language, Russell "Rustie" Whyte's has been showing off his skills when it comes to effervescent maximalism, hyper-vivid soundclashes and squelchy, slo-mo bass – the subgenre he works in is often referred to as "lazer hip hop". The Glaswegian has already shown a lot of imagination when it comes to pushing buttons, but you get the feeling there is much, much more to come. Support from Luo Rwego and the Louth Mouth crew.
