Over the past few years, Irish singer and songwriter Róisín O has made it very clear that she won't be pressurised into following up her 2012 debut album, The Secret Life of Blue. DEEP TECH

Revolution Waterford 10pm €10

Club Sessions mark their second birthday with a visit from Ordinary Subject. The alter-ego of Berlin duo Alexander Siegel and Christian Scheel, Ordinary Subject’s deep tech and house has gained them quite a following since they first joined forces in 2010. Check out some recent releases by them for the Potsdam-based Reduced label for more. Support from Will Power and Karsten Borre.

URSINE HOUSE

The 2 Bears

District 8, Dublin 11pm €20/€18/€15

When he's not part of the Hot Chip groove machine, Joe Goddard keeps busy as one of The 2 Bears. Both Goddard and his fellow Bear Raf Rundell are well capable of creating deeply soulful house and euphoric disco turns. Their albums to date, last year's The Night Is Young and 2012's Be Strong, showed that their Bear game was strong and that this is certainly more a mere side project at this stage.
