Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned – particularly if that woman has recently checked her husband’s internet history. A recent play by Scottish dark comedy writer Johnny McKnight here provides a vehicle for performers Jenn McGuirk and Caroline O’Boyle as two Ayrshire women involved in a love triangle.

Told through alternating monologues of irreverent humour, their stories turn darker with each rotation. Aoife Spillane-Hinks is credited as “consultant director”, suggesting a curious arrangement. Then again, given the circumstances, who would want to get too close?
