For some years Josephine Grant has exhibited fine watercolour studies of the interiors of her homes in Ireland and France. These watercolours are more substantial than the word implies. When Desmond Guinness commissioned her to make eight studies of the interior of his home, Leixlip Castle, he may not have realised that each would be done in situ, and that each would take five working days. The eight are on view, along with other selected watercolours and oils.
